Managing comprises organizing, organizing, staffing needs, leading, and controlling an organization for the purpose of completing a goal. Resourcing encompasses the expansion and treatment of human resources, financial resources, technological resources, and natural methods. Because companies can be viewed as systems, management can also be defined as human action, which include design, to facilitate the availability of useful outcomes via a system.
