Individuals become a member of and work in organizations to satisfy their needs. They can be paying attention to organizations that have the means of sustaining their needs. These kinds of means are incentives of rewards; companies use them to encourage individuals to contribute their very own efforts toward achieving company goals. Once these are generally satisfied they will no longer inspire the individual. Protection needs include economic security, protection from physical danger. Social needs happen to be love, love, emotional requires, warmth and friendship. Respect can be self-esteem, self-respect, self assurance and recognition. Herzberg identified that the factors causing job satisfaction (and presumably motivation) were different from that creating job dissatisfaction. Herzberg called it hygiene factors, using the term " hygiene” or in other words that they are considered maintenance factors that are necessary to avoid unhappiness but that by themselves will not provide fulfillment. Company coverage, supervision, relationship with employer, work circumstances, salary and relationship would be the leading in dissatisfaction.
