This content describes research into online electronic repayment systems, concentrating on the facets of payment systems that are critical for their popularity by end users. Based on our earlier analysis and a diary research of obligations with a web payment system and with on the web banking devices of a reliable bank, we proposed some 12 connection design suggestions. The guidelines have already been applied through the implementation and redesign of the new payment system. An extensive fresh comparison of the original version in the system with the one de-

Human–computer conversation research inside the domain of E-Commerce features advanced considerably over the last a decade, providing functional guidance in the form of design rules, for example , find Nielsen, Molich, Snyder, and Farrell (2000). There are also theory-motivated works conveying purchasing behaviour and patterns (e. g., Koufaris, 2002), or designs and methods guiding



the design of commercial Web sites to motivate trust on fault customers (e. g., Cofta, 2006; Egger, 2003; Teo, Oh, Liu, & Wei, 2003). The understanding of conversation design concerns in relation to Ecommerce is growing in breadth and depth together with the increasing ownership of Web commerce by consumers across the globe. Although electronic commerce has come to a mainstream status and high usage rates, future progress is usually to a large level hampered by lack of correctly designed Electronic Payment Devices (EPSs)....
